We recently completed a major mechanical service for a motor yatch, focused on a comprehensive in-frame overhaul of her MTU 16V2000 engine. With over 4,000 operating hours logged, the engine required a full rebuild to ensure peak performance and long-term reliability.

Our experienced marine technicians meticulously disassembled and rebuilt the engine on board, piece by piece, without removing it from the vessel — saving time, cost, and operational disruption. Following the overhaul, we conducted a successful sea trial to confirm all systems were functioning optimally.

The yacht was then delivered smoothly from North Carolina to her destination at West Palm Harbor Marina in Florida, with the engine performing to manufacturer specifications. Another reliable refit, delivered on time and on course.
