All services are scheduled by appointment and are subject to availability.

3. Client Responsibilities
By booking a service with Tribe Marine Services, you agree to:
• Provide accurate information about your vessel and service needs
• Ensure your boat or yacht is docked securely and accessible for our technicians
• Be present or assign a representative during the scheduled visit
• Authorize any agreed work in writing (verbal or text confirmation may serve as authorization)

4. Estimates, Billing & Payment
• Estimates are provided upon request and are based on current market rates and technician labor time.
• Final pricing may vary depending on the scope of work, parts availability, and labor required.
• Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods: cash, credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed.
Late payments may incur service or collection fees.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.

Tribe Marine Services guarantees quality workmanship. However:
• We do not guarantee parts or components not supplied by us
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage, improper use, or third-party tampering
• In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

All work is performed according to industry standards and best practices.

You are responsible for ensuring that the service location (dock, marina, etc.) is safe, legal, and accessible for our technicians. If access is restricted or unsafe, we may be unable to complete the service.
